Book-Keeping Administrator

CESG Group are looking for full-time Book-Keeping Administrators to provide support within our accounts department and to our clients.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Processing supplier invoices
• Processing payments using online banking
• Monitoring accounts receivable and payable
• Reconciling bank statements
• Entering transactions into the general ledger
• Filing and Scanning

The successful candidate will have the ability to produce accurate data entry whilst prioritising tasks in order to meet deadlines. Basic understanding of a debit and credit function and understanding of payroll along with willingness to assist colleagues on other related accounting matters is key.

Ideally the candidate will have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C, above or equivalent, including Maths and English. A basic understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.
