CESG is looking for a full-time HR & Payroll Administrator providing quality HR & Payroll services to international clients in the Luxury Yachting and Commercial Marine Sectors.
Duties will include the production and preparation of all employee related documentation, these include but are not limited to the following:
• Employee letters of engagement
• Employee contracts
• Employee terms and conditions
• Data inputting and reconciliation of payrolls in various currencies
The successful candidate will ideally have administration experience and an understanding of working within the field of offshore employment, as well as a working knowledge of UK payroll practice and Employment Law. However this is not essential as full training will be given to candidates with relevant transferable skills, looking to develop their career in HR and Payroll.
The ability to produce accurate data entry within tight deadlines is a must. This position will suit an individual who is able to use their own initiative, has good communication skills and enjoys working individually and as part of a team.
Ideally the candidate will have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C, above or equivalent, including Maths and English. A basic understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.
